# START HERE

We [structure our organization](/handbook/organization-structure.md#how-does-this-work-in-practice) and distribute tasks in small workgroups, each of which is led by a coordinator and can include additional [roles](/handbook/organization-structure/what-are-roles.md) with their own specific tasks & responsibilities.

Featured projects are projects that are serving the entire VCL community but are also open to non-members.
